How did REORUA start?

It began with my own journey back to Te Reo.
It began with my own journey back to Te Reo.
I jumped back in through wānanga and by learning alongside other learners, the ones who ask questions, make mistakes, and don’t wait to be perfect. Along the way, I picked up practical tips and patterns that genuinely sped things up.
Then life did its thing. Work shifted, location changed, and committing to regular in-person wānanga wasn’t possible. But stopping wasn’t an option either.

To be honest, it's a bit of an experiment.

For now, It's collective of existing resources – podcasts, tools, whakaaro, shared by people actively learning and using Te Reo Māori. But in the future it could be a hub for Te Reo – learner strategies, level insights, journey support.
